STATEMENT OF POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Section 1 - Becoming a SULIRY Independent Representative
1.1 Definition of an Independent Representative an Independent Representative includes
the following: Ambassador, star envoy, Elite Founder, Establisher, honner ceo.
------Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States, as applicable.
------Must provide SULIRY with his or her valid Social Security Number, Federal Tax ID Number or ITIN (Independent Taxpayer Identification Number).
------Must submit a properly completed Independent Representative Agreement to SULIRY, either in hard copy or online format.
------Must carefully read, understand, and agree to be bound by SULIRY’s Policies and Procedures.
------SULIRY reserves the right to accept or reject any Independent Representative Application and Agreement for any reason or for no reason.
1.2 No Purchase or Payment Required No person is required to purchase any of SULIRY’s products or services to pay any fee to become an Independent Representative.
1.3 Identification Number
All Independent Representatives will be assigned a unique identification number that identifies them as an Independent Representative after the Independent Representative Agreement is accepted by SULIRY. Social Security, FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) or ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) numbers will be kept strictly confidential, except where properly and legally required to be disclosed.
Only Social Security Numbers, FEINs or ITINs issued by the Social Security Administration or Internal Revenue Service (for use by the individual or organization filling out the Independent Representative Agreement) will be accepted by SULIRY.
1.4 Independent Representative Benefits Once an Independent Representative Agreement has been accepted by SULIRY, the benefits of the Compensation Plan and the SULIRY opportunity are available to the new Independent Representative. These benefits include the right to:
------Refer SULIRY’s products and services;
------Participate in the SULIRY Compensation Plan (receive bonuses and commissions, ifeligible);
------Sponsor other individuals or entities as Independent Representatives and thereby build a Downline Organization;
------Receive periodic SULIRY literature and other SULIRY communications;
------Participate in SULIRY-sponsored support, service, training, motivational and recognition
functions (upon payment of appropriate charges, if applicable);
------Participate in promotional and incentive contests and programs sponsored by SULIRY for its Independent Representatives.
1.5 Term and Renewal of the Independent Representative Agreement
The term of the Independent Representative Agreement is one year from the date of its
acceptance by SULIRY (subject to prior termination or reclassification pursuant to Section 8).
As part of the renewal process, Independent Representatives must:
1) Renew their Independent Representative Agreement each year by logging into their SULIRY back office online;
2) Agree, via e-signature, to renew and continue to be bound by the IndependentRepresentative Agreement, Policies and Procedures and Compensation Plan;
3) Have enrolled three (3) new members during the prior 12-month period [note that earned ranks of 1 Star Founder and higher are exempt from requirement #3 herein].
The renewal must be completed on or before each anniversary date of their Independent Representative Agreement. If the Independent Representative Agreement is not renewed it will
automatically be terminated, pursuant to the terms contained herein, and the Independent
Representative will forfeit any future compensation from SULIRY.
